Maybe go to
http://mcp.microsoft.com/ and sign in with your Live ID (same e-amil as registered at testing center for certification exam) and go to "Program benefits > Download certificate > Log on to MCP Digital Certification Tool > Certificate Manager" and option "Download your certificate in PDF or XPS format" at bottom of page is also section "Order Certificates" which order clasic paper certificate.
PS: In wrong forum and two topics... how you coped certificate exam ;-)
after login in windows live id,what should i do to access my mcp certficates.?
