    What device would I need to use in order to record people's conversations onto my computer. What steps would I need to take to make sure I'm recording the conversations around me??

      Is this question related to Office Communications Server?  There is no mechanism within OCS to record voice conversations outside of Web Conferences but there certainly are ways to record audio heard on a computer regardless of the source.
