Locked Microphone & Video Dropouts

    Every now and then the microphone will stop working or video will freeze during either a voice or video call. If you pause and resume the call, voice and video will start working again. Has anyone experienced this before and if so what was the cause?

      I suspect bad drivers
      Do you have OCS Certified devices?
