On my test system, MOC client (version 3.5.6907.9 and 3.5.6907.0 tested) hangs when exiting (not just signing out) if a remote call control (RCC) call is in progress. The MOC asks if you want to end the call since you are exiting and when Yes is selected, the MOC hangs and the GUI becomes unresponsive. It must be killed in task manager, etc.
The MOC client will exit fine if the call is manually ended before exiting the MOC application.
OCS does not appear to send any RCC commands to the PBX gateway to indicate the call should be terminated so it is not just the MOC waiting on the PBX to respond with CSTA replies/events.
Is this a known bug in the MOC client? Is there a fix?
rccdev, try using adplus in hang mode and re-procedure the problem. Afterward analyst the log in debugging tools for windows and you can know what is halting your MOC.
