Locked AddressBook download on non-domain computers

    Hello,

     

    i've been having some trouble with the addressbook download on non-domain computers ... domain computers are working fine but it i logon to the communicator 2007 with a computer from a foreign domain i get the address book download error.

     

    Everything else like live meeting and conferences are working just fine.

     

    Can anybody point me in the right direction ?

      I would say that you have problems authenticating non-domain users

      Check your Authentication Settings on your Webserver that hosts the AB

       

      Or

       

      Check if non-domain clients trust the web server certificate

       

      May need to configure anonymous access to AB for testing
