How to hide related record in an email that has Set Regarding in CRM 2011 for Outlook

Hi all,
Here is my structure of an email being set regard on an account in CRM 2011 for Outlook.
Example of how the footer looks when set regarding is set in an email :
--- Microsoft Dynamics CRM---
-------------------------------
Regarding: Test Company
----------------------------------
This e-mail is being tracked in CRM.
---------------------------------
Related Records:
Email: Test 1; Test 2; 2 more <------------------------------- How do I get rid or hide these related records line?
Contact: John Sample; Kelly Sample
Users: Bob Sample; Henry Sample

As you can see from above for those that Set Regarding in CRM 2011 in Outlook, the CRM pane footer should looks something smiliar to that. My question is there a way to hide or get rid of those related records? It becomes distracting for some of my users.

Hi SK
Unfortunately there's no way to hide these. That pane is not customizable. You can however shrink the pane or hide it completely, which is a persistent setting of Outlook.
