CRM Outlook Client "Access Is Denied" Error through Outlook Today

Hi All,
First thing, CRM works, and it works well. However, I am trying to add the CRM folders to the Outlook Today page. When doing this, I receive an "Access Is Denied" scripting error on the page when trying to open items.
When opening the folders directly from the Mail Folders on the left hand side, there is no problem.
Server Setup:
- CRM 4.0
- Windows Server 2008
Client Setup:
- Outlook 2007
- Vista SP1
I notice that when adding and opening them through Outlook Today, that it shows the error message on a different link to when doing it normally though the mail folders.
Is adding CRM folders on Outlook Today a supported practice?
Regards,
James Winterburn

It is supported to add the crm folders to your favorite folders in Outlook--just drag and drop the crm folders to the favorite folders area at the top of the side outlook bar, and this creates a shortcut to the folder.
This is better than Outlook today.

OK, I did some more testing, and it does not work through Outlook Today. There seems to be an issue with launching pop-ups through the Outlook today window--you can open up one of the CRM folders, but you can't open a record, or anything else that launches in a pop-up/tab.
Recommend that you use favorite folders instead of OT..
