After configure the CRM workflow some of the work flow doesn’t work correctly.
I checked out the workflow monitor and found all process were working correctly but I didn’t receive any e-mail in my outlook , not on my CRM ,and not on the badmail Folder or queue Folder.
The Work flow will send direct email when the case estimated close date pass and the case still open.
Your fast reply will be highly appreciated

A few questions:
What does your workflow look like, what are the steps?
Are you using an e-mail template or did you create the e-mail?
What is the subject line of your e-mail and did you use Advanced Find to search all activities for that subject line? The e-mail may have been generated but associated with a different entity depending on how the regarding field was set.
Can create an e-mail in CRM and successfully send it to your Outlook e-mail address.
