    I'm using CRM 4.0 which I intend to use to manange IT cases for Accounts which have associted Contacts.

     

    I have added the field Responsible Person to the Case form.

     

    I would like to display only the Contacts associated with the selected Account when the CSR clicks on the Responsible Person drop down. Presently it displays all the contacts in the database. Which I believe will lead to the Contacts being associated wth Cases against the incorrect company.

     

    How can I limit the Contacts to only display records associated with the Account?
