     Hi all,

    I need date format as the 04.Apr.2012 with English(United States) format. But there is not something like format under customization. Even though I changed server settings it will not be taken as into the customize format. Please anyone know help me..

    In the user options you can specify it to display 04.Apr.12 (dd.MMM.yy) without any problems.

    You have the same option by clicking the 'Customize' button in the formats area of Administrative System Settings.

    Problem is the I need year as  4 digits(dd.MMM.yyyy).anyone know to take it under English(United States) format?..

    Hi Shanlak, if u selected English(U.S) and there will be an option Customize. In it, there will be (dd/MM/YYYY, dd/MMM/yy, etc). You cannot customize to any other formats than these.

    Naren
