    Hello,

    I'm looking for the outlook client for rollup 5 for crm 2011. I can find latest installer but it also has the latest rollup included in it. I need to find the correct installer for rollup 5. Can anyone help me with this? To be clear i'm looking for the full installer that includes rollup 5.

    Do you still have the MS CRM 2011 installer DVD?
    If so, I suggest you to install the Outlook Client from that installer and install the update rollup 5 from the following link.

    http://www.microsoft.com/download/en/details.aspx?displaylang=en&id=27820

    I don't think you can find the full installer that includes rollup 5 since the current one already comes with UR6.

    Hi Jason,

    Doesn't exist a full installer that includes the rollup 5. Rollup 6 was included in the installer because this was made the baseline.

    You will need to install the client from the Media and then apply the rollup 5 on top.

    I agree with Linn and Nuno.  If you really have to install the UR5 CRM 2011 Outlook Client, then you will need to install the RTM version and then patch it up.

    If you want the latest (UR7 at this time), then you can download UR6 (http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=27821, the new baseline), and then patch it up from there.
