Pertanyaan crm 2011 Upgrade

    Hi All,

       We are in the process to upgrade our CRM 3.0 to CRM 2011.  Currently i am trying to upgrade my CRM 3.0 to CRM 4.0. During the upgrade i am getting the error below.

    My Verfications:

    1. I have verified all the Groups are created in AD(SQLAccessGroup,PrivUserGroup,PrivReportingGroup,ReportingGroup,UserGroup).

    2. And the user account which i am using to upgrade have Domain admin, Local admin rights and member of all the above groups.

    3. This issue is happeneing at the time of creating MSCRM_Config database creation(based on the wizard details).

     

    Anybody faced the same issue. ? Suggestions are welcome.

    Hi Safiulla,

    Make sure The PrivReportingGroup is added to the SQL logins folder.

    Hi nrodri,

       I have verifed the SQL server and noticed that PrivreportingGroup is not added as login. So, i have added this account and gave db_owner permission to CRM database and MATABASE database.

    but still i am getting the same error. Any help is much appriciated.
