    Is it possible to edit the Activity History view in the Acount Entity?  I need to change the columns that appear in it.  Thanks!

    Make changes in the "Closed Activity Associated View" in the Activity Entity to get the desired result.

    Ok got it.  Can I add additional columns to this view that are not already in the selection?  IE:  I need to ad the To and From fields to track emails that have been sent/completed.  Thanks!

    All other columns that can be added are there in the "Add Column" list. We cannot add any new column in this view,

    as it allows very limited customization capabilities.

     

    You can create a new view (not Associated view) to achieve the desired functionality.
