Running Microsoft Fix it Beta...Error code 0x80040154...Elevated

  I had the same problem when I first downloaded and installed Fix-It.  But, after uninstalling it, restarting, then downloading and installing it again - this time directly from the web site link, rather than following the links to install it after running the online Media Center diagnostic, it seems to work now.  Here's that link, in case you don't have it.

   

  Also, I saved the file to my Desktop and ran the install from there instead of running it directly from link on the website, as I had done previously.

  i have the same problem, and deleted then tried to reinstall fixit. now it says i need to install xp service pack3?!!!!

  so now i have nothing, any suggestions?
