    Product activation for Office Pro 2007 is failing.

    I get

    "Your product key cannot be activated because the Product Key used to install the software is not valid.  Please uninstall the software and re-install it using a valid Product key."

    Telephone activate also fails.

    I have tried de-installing and re-installing many times

    I have tried removing opa12.dat file and then re-installing.

    I have tried http://www.microsoft.com/Genuine/diag/RunDiags.aspx?displayLang=en - no issues

    I have tried using a second valid key from the software supplier (Amazon) - still fails

    Microsoft Office Professional Plus 2007 is a Volume License product sold only to business enterprises and not to individuals.  It appears your copy is either counterfeit or pirated.  It would be best to purchase a genuine copy of Microsoft Office from a known trusted, reliable and proven source, such as the Microsoft Store.
