Unanswered ICE not starting

    Hi

    I can't load ICE at all. I'm getting the message: Microsoft Image Composite Editor has stopped working.

    When I check the application log I've got the following:

    Application: ICE.exe
    Framework Version: v4.0.30319
    Description: The process was terminated due to an unhandled exception.
    Exception Info: System.Windows.Markup.XamlParseException
    Stack:
    at MS.Internal.Threading.ExceptionFilterHelper.TryCatchWhen(System.Object, System.Delegate, System.Object, Int32, System.Delegate)
    at ..... (lots more modules)

    Any ideas?
