    When using Money 2004 and entering a deposit or withdrawal, I am unable to choose from my list of payees. Its only showing a choice of common deposit list of maybe three payees, can anyone help?

    Your Money 2004 Payee list is at Accounts&Bills->Categories&Payees->Payees. Note there is a list and a date telling you when the Payee was last used.

    I am thinking maybe only those Payees you have used with in the last year show up on the drop-down list. See if that corresponds with your list. I don't know how you might change that time-out if that is the case.

    If you want some tips on consolodating Payees, that can be done.

    I am having the same problem. The list that is displayed is mostly payees that I have not NOT used in a long time. Any one have a solution?

    I'm using Money 2004 on a Windows 7 64 bit PC.

    Interesting. I was way behind on entering transactions so I have been plugging away, trying to get caught up. As I keep hitting some of the same payees over and over, they have finally started to re-appear when I am doing withdrawals.
