    The content would be rendered with the HDView ActiveX and controlled through it's IDispatch interface members.

    The EULA does not specifically disclose the terms when using the ActiveX as an embed component into an commercial application.

    Can HDView content be hosted inside a commercial application?

    Yes that should be OK (there shouldn't be a non-commercial clause in the license).
