Once again, I will remind people that following external links to get help with virus removal is optional. OneCare users are entitled to free support with removal of malware that OneCare did not prevent or cannot remove.

I didn't say it wasn't safe.

This forum is not a general virus and spyware removal forum. It is for Windows Live OneCare. OneCare users should contact OneCare support when the PC has been infected and OneCare is unable to remove the infection.
