View monthly report - "greyed out"

What's up, I just noticed that I can no longer access view monthly report as it is greyed out. It's been well over a month and I can no longer access this report. Does anyone else have this issue? Is the feature "under construction" for later use? The only thing I can say is that I have backup turned off and I am running Vista home premium.

As far as I know it is not under construction and it sounds like yours is set up the same as mine so I would get in touch with support you can reach them here http://forums.microsoft.com/WindowsOneCare/ShowPost.aspx?PostID=1183028&SiteID=2 or just hold on a little and it may come back.
