Tune Up Check List

25 September 2009 10:21I have purchased Windows Live OneCare, and after running Tune Up, the check list reads:
DEFRAGMENT THE HARD DISK
An unknown error prevented Tune Up from performing this task. Try running Tune Up again.
I have tried numerous times and still have the same issue. Please help.

Try checking your hard drive for errors then run tune up. How to perform disc error checking - http://support.microsoft.com/kb/315265 If the defragger will not run in tune up after checking your hard drive for errors please contact support.
