Live OneCare went to status red and can't be updated anymore
-
31 Oktober 2009 20:41Like many, I have been given a free 6 month extension to the OneCare services for the 3 computers in this circle. At the end of the first month (oct 31st), I suddently have a "at risk" (red) status on all 3 computers. Within the Live OneCare window, I am requested to update the virus and spyware protection, but pressing the update button (from any computer) produces no visible results!
Separately(?), one of the computers also lost its access to Windows Live Messenger. Rebooting the computer does not help, Microsoft Update works but does not solve this problem.- Dipindahkan oleh Stephen BootsMVP, Moderator 31 Oktober 2009 23:34 update issue (From:Windows Live OneCare General)

Normally I would suggest looking at this post to help resolve definition update issues - http://social.microsoft.com/Forums/en-US/onecareupdate/thread/9a6a0003-b91c-4518-966c-fc50450f0e41 but because you are having the same issue on three computers I suggest contacting support for help.
