    As a Moderator, it is sometimes necessary to edit other users Posts.

    I don't see that functionality here.

    Is there some configuration that will allow ONLY Moderators to edit ALL Posts?
    You may be only one person in the world, but you may also be the world to one person.

    It would be very useful to be able to ADD Tags in the edit process.

    Yes Moderators can edit other user posts and must provide a reason when doing so.
