    We are unable to connect a windows 7 smartphone(example: Nokia Lumia 800) via active sync(3 to 4.5) or windows mobile device center. It says device not connected. Please provide the feasibile solution to connect a windows 7 smart phone with windows desktop apart from zune software.

    Officially Windows Phone 7 OS does not support ActiveSync.
