    Hello,

     

    it seems that when UM receives a federated communicator call and records a voicemail, reverse number lookup fails for the EMail notification even though an corresponding outlook contact exists. I understand that this probably is due to missing callerID since the "call" is a SIP-Call with SIP URI instead of Calling Number.

    Is there a way to activate Reverse Number Lookup for SIP Addresses maybe through SMTP address or "IM-Address"
