Locked Please recover my image with EFS (Encrypting File System)

    My image folder has encrypted by EFS (Encrypting File System) in windows Xp.
    I don't know key EFS it very importantce, so i format driver and intalls win 7.
    now, i can't access my file.
    EFS in XP used user and password. because time to time i don't memory this!

    in file property, i see current owner is 'S-1-5-21-1645522239-602162358-725345543-1003'.
    if can recover file, please tell (or send) me at dung059@yahoo.com
    Please tell me recover my file!
