Domain Score vs. Page Score

I've got a blog at http://www.j2i.net. I've noticed that Live search gives my site a domain score of 4 out of 5. The individual pages on my site each have a score of 1 out of 5 and I am trying to understand the descrepancy. If I perform test in the other two major search engines with typing exact text that appears on my pages my site comes up. But under no search query that I've used has my site ever come up in a Live search. I believe this is because of the low ranking of the individual pages.
Can any one shed some light on this?

Hi Joel,
looks like you are blocking us at the page level.
line 3 of your source code states :
<head><meta http-equiv="X-UA-Compatible" content="IE=7" /><meta name="robots" content="noindex,follow" />
Cheers!

Many thanks. After seeing your post I went back to Community Server support and found out by default it places this tag in the home page. I seem to be missing the setting in the interface to disable it but I am taking that up with them.
Thanks.
