    Can anyone tell me I'm using keywords fashion,fashion designer, and every word that has to do with fashion should I use other words like jewelry, handbags, or mybe name brands please write me back.

      I would pick words that aren't redundant which is what you have done. Saying fashion once is enough. Note that most Search Engines don't use keywords in their ranking algos anymore due to keyword stuffing and other abuse in the past. I would concentrate more on what is in the viewable page including alt text.
