Error "Not enoughy storage space available to complete this operation" in buinding .MSI pacjage unsing VS 2005

  I am building a .MSI package unsing VS 2005 but I am getting the following error while building the solution:
  "Not enoughy storage space available to complete this operation"
  
   Total size of my solution is 890 MB (including supporting files)  wich contains a single file of size 680 MB.
  
   I have 1GB Ram and 5GB of free space.
