    Does anyone know who I would talk to to find out the ETA for delivery on a TechNet subscription I won at Tech Ed 2008 in Orlando, FL at the beginning of June? I tried to call Technet (The number given on the website for new orders) and the person there had no idea what I was talking about. Unfortunately, all that was given to the lady at the time was my business card and contact info, with her responding "We'll send it to you."
