  I keep getting this error when trying to send mail, I have downloaded the KB941090 and restarted computer and that did not work.  I still get this error:  The connection to the server has failed. Subject 'test', Account: 'mail.bellsouth.net', Server: 'mail.bellsouth.net', Protocol: SMTP, Port: 25, Secure(SSL): No, Socket Error: 10060, Error Number: 0x800CCC0E
