    I am working on a vb.net application for the client pc. I was wondering how I can go about tapping into the whs 2011 client or communicating with the server in order to get backup status and progress. I have looked at the SDK but I have been unable to find some sample code that would help me design this type of feature into my application. I am not a professional programmer, so, this is why I am asking. I am very familiar with vb.net but if you can help, please keep your reply simple that I may understand.
