SBS2003 upgrade to SERVER Standard 2008 + ExchgSvrStd 2010 + smtp 587

  hi,

  my office will upgrade SBS2003 upgrade to SERVER Standard 2008 + ExchgSvrStd 2010.

  Question

  ----------

  1. How many user can i create in Server Std 2008

  2. How many user can i create in ExchgStd 2010

   

  Question about SMTP

  ------------------------

  Sometime, we can not sent mail in China,

  someone told me to change the SMTP : 25 to 587 or 366.

  It is success when set "587",

  3) Now i want to sure.... its 587, MUST BE sent out all country ( no blocking by ISP, China, Hotel.... )
