I'm attempting to do a blind transfer from an outbound speech application. The way it works is that Speech Server calls the customer and if the customer so chooses they can be transferred to an operator.
As noted at GotSpeech it might be a setup issue, but I have the suspicion that the fix lies with speech server, since I can make the consultation phone ring, but then the first session drops. I have
tried both blind and supervised transfers, but as far as I can tell is that Speech server only transfers the call originator.
I'm running speech server on a Windows 2008 server (32bit), I'm using a Dialogic DMG 1004 to connect using real phones.
Thanks for getting back to me Marc, In the meantime I did a test where I attached a phone to the line directly and attempted the transfer manually. The results were the same. So Speech server is not the cause.
