    Hello, I have a call up between communicator and a PBX phone.  I then try to invite another communicator to the call, but the conference fails.  the communicator displays "Your attempt to start a conference was unsuccessful. If you need further assistance, contact your system administrator."  There's nothing in the Event log, and the A/V Conferencing validation passed.  Has anyone come across this before?  Thanks in advance.

      Yes.  The resolution is to install the web conferencing component on your OCS server, The Web Conferencing MCU is used to add the additional outbound call (to another communicator or to outside line).
