Locked Customer webchat process and what login name to use?

    I'd like to use part of the Communicator APIs to let customers start a messaging session with internal tech support.  They wouldn't need to see the internal people, but the internal people would need to be able to pick up a chat request and take it from there.

     

    What user name would the customer connect as, and are there any examples out there of similar functionality?
