Domanda Error while integrating crm 2011 with outlook 2010

    Hello,

    I'm trying to integrate crm 2011 with outlook 2010. After giving the server url, test connection iis running successfully and list of organisation i'm getting in drop down list. But when i try to connect with any of the organisation, its giving the above error. (Please see the screen shot)

    Sometimes its giving this error.

    I have done no changes but closed outlook and opened the outlook. Please help me in solving this.

    Can you check the troubleshooting wizard available at http://rc.crm.dynamics.com/rc/2011/en-us/online/5.0/outlook-troubleshooting.aspx

    Hello Sam - Inogic,

    That link didn't had solution to my problem. I did according to the proposed solution in that link but still 'm not able to connect with my organisation.

    instead of using IP address can you add in the CRM Server name? Can you also add the URL to trusted sites.

    I tried those solutions as well but everything is correct according to that link. The server address url not valid error was due to internet proxy. I got to know about that problem and now its not giving that error but now its still giving the first screen shot error. Please help me.

    outlook client computer must join AD or crm2011 Application config ADFS(IFD) can connect CRM Server

    you install outlook client is join crm2011 ad?

    or crm2011 server config ADFS?

    yes it is matching. There was 3 minute difference but i made both system time same.

    There are GPOs to bypass the proxy for a specified URL. Have you checked DNS to see if the server can be resolved. Also check teh firewall at the CRM server side.

    and are u sure that there is no timeserver?

    can u just check open cmd:  net time /set   if u are not get back the wrong time...
