    Hi everyone,

    I can’t find anywhere CRM Server-Side requirements for "CRM 2011 for Outlook" client.

     

    I have adding a Self-Signed certificate in workstation and have no problems with connection to CRM with IE9 browser, but “CRM 2011 for Outlook Configuration wizard” anytime ends with error:

    There is a problem communicating with the Microsoft Dynamics CRM server. The server might be unavailable. Try again later. If the problem persists, contact your system administrator”.

    But CRM Online with "CRM 2011 for Outlook" client works fine.

    On my CRM Server now I have only 1 ssl binding (on port 443), server has restarted – no changes.

    It may help you to look in the client error log which you can locate at

    C:\Users\USERNAME\AppData\Local\Microsoft\MSCRM\Logs\Crm50ClientConfig.log

    where USERNAME is your windows logon name.
