We have our entire DB (includes suspects,prospects & existing customers)in the form of spread sheet. How do we upload the data into CRM? Should we load the entire database into Leads and then qualify into Account and Contacts or should we load entire
db into Accounts. My dillemma is if I load the entire db into accounts, then we may loose visibility.
I think ideally you would sort and separate your records and import the existing customers as Accounts and Contacts and the other records as Leads. Then you can qualify the Leads at your discretion when you feel they are qualified and you expect you
might actually do business with them.
