I have installed VPC and configured Email Router with the default organization with outgoing mail settings configured with gmail settings and trying to send a email from CRM but i am not getting any email to the inbox to which i am trying to send an email and it is not even showing any mail in the outbox or sent items of my gmail account which i have configured to email router.
Can anyone help me.

When you click in "Test access", do you see "sucess" in the SMTP profile? Gmail account also require TLS.

Without knowing more details about your inbound/outbound email router configuration, I could point you to some literature for setting up the email router for:
What happens when you open the email in question (outside of UR7 read only forms optimization) - do you see a yellow info bar at the top of the email?
