Outlook Client Offline error

Hi,
I’m trying to configure a CRM Outlook client with offline access.
Every time I try to go offline, I am getting some general CRM error "error has occurred" (not always),
And then the CRM is getting stuck between offline and online. (I can’t see any records offline, but I can’t go back to online either – the button on the tool-bar shows “Go Offline”).
I Am working at a Service Provider Environment (with rollup 10),
And it appears that this problem is on more than one organization.
If it’s any relevant, all the CRM organization on this server are configured with the same language base (not English), while on another server where all the organizations are in English – there isn’t a problem.
Any suggestions?

Ensure you carefully followed the instructions regarding Language Packs for UR 10. There are specific steps required.

yes as Donna say you must folloing the instructions for language:
The Update Rollup 10 download contains updates for the 40 supported Language Packs. Prior to installing the Update Rollup 10 Language pack you must install the original Language pack. If you have Language Packs installed, you should:
- Download the Update Rollup 10 Language Pack
- Install the Update Rollup 10 Language Pack
- De-provision the Language Pack
- Re-provision the Language Pack
