  Thanks alot,

  But I need to do it with CRM 2011 on premise, the refrences you provided are for CRM 4 and CRM 2011 Online

  yes you can integrate java application with CRM2011 but you need to use WSDL instead of using SOAP endpoint.

  Have a look at this http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/gg509052.aspx.

  This may also helps in authentication

  But it is bit complex in CRM2011. I am not working with java so I can't send you a sample.
