martedì 25 aprile 2006 21:49Great,I'm glad to know I'm so welcome...I bought my computer with Windows XP Professional installed from a company in Sydney..A&T Computers I believe about 4 years ago...I haven't kept any receipts and now get this rubbish thrown at me..I am an innocent victim apparently who Microsoft have elected to penalise. How can I qualify for a free copy without a receipt? I am certain I won't be the only person in this predicament but will Microsoft give a bugger?

I'm sorry for the problems you're experiencing with your copy of Windows. We're designed to inform users of what their system builders are doing to the local economy.
I would recommend filing a counterfeit report here: http://www.microsoft.com/piracy/Reporting.mspx. If the copy of Windows is a high quality counterfeit, we will be able to provide you with a free copy of Windows.
