Need to sign to my hotmail

  Hello Microsoft group,

  I searched alot before I sent my post but it doest help at all...

  Im facing a problem with my window live ID , I cant sign in because it is blocked and I tried to reset my password but it keep on asking me to reset ,,, Each time I try it sho me the same screen for reseting password...

  I have some important document on my inbox and I need to get them .... I m trying since yesterday but it is not working....

  Hope u can help me as soon as posibble coz it is so urgent ....
