xbox breaking games

  i got a new xbox 360 s console several months ago, its been working great, except with call of duty black ops. i've had to buy three new games so far and its really getting old and expensive. when i play black ops and i take my game out the center of the game is busted out and the game has several cracks in it. this has happened to three black ops games now, mainly when i play online for some reason. How do i get this fixed and get my games replaced? i can send in the broken ones for proof.
