    my complaint is i can't get an answer to a simple question.  I have ask on support and help. I need  a receiver for a microsoft wirelss comfort keyboard 1.0A model 1045. I need

    a answer if i can get one anywhere or not

    Not to put too fine a point on it, you need to work out what it is you want, and put it together in a coherent statement.
