martedì 13 settembre 2011 17:21can you pls help me!! since i have an updates my computer completely change...like windows vista not genuine cant access internet explorer and set google chrome as my default..everything change and cant do anything coz all my windows doesnt work..cant run diagnostic report..dont kow what to do..pls!!!

hi Darin Smith MS, i cant run or download the link as keep coming these message that i dont have a permission to do that..like i said all my windows doesnt work..cant download anything as it wont allow me as it says " no permission" cant save it or run..all this happen when the updates came a couple of weeks ago..it also default google chrome as my browser..i tried so many links but didnt work..i just getting fedup now..pls help me..

mercoledì 14 settembre 2011 21:24hi carey, i did try the system recovery option it said it is running but nothing happen..i did try the memory diagnostics tool it said its is all ok not sure because it did freeze the screen for hours...but i do get the message every time that some programs are corrupted and need to reinstall windows vista, but my pc is a preinstalled, i did try to enter the product key but it keep sending an error..but what i have noticed is because of the updates a couple of weeks ago my windows start to stop, and for any reason it turns out the google chrome is my default browser..first i try to download things from google chrome but it wont allow coz of my windows not working..i dont know where should i start to look...i did try to change my browser in so many ways but still E.I doesnt work..i did try to edit the registry but still the same...now then where should i have to start...windows not working and E.I as google chrome my default...plsssssssssss.........
