Getting a not genuine message....worked fine till today...bought retail version with all the security stuff(holograms,...)...please advise

If you keep getting this or similar messages when attempting to install, call the Microsoft support centre. Calls aout activation issues are usually free.
Could there be a malware/virus issiue? Try scanning with MS Security Essentials, Malwarebytes and SuyperAntiSpyware or the like.

Please read the EBAY keys sticky, Sorry, I don't have more time for detailed explanation (at work). Your PID has -067- which possibly means you bought it from someone on EBAY or some other source. If so your key has probably been blocked.
BTW, Some intrepid soul packaged MSDN keys with similar PID's to yours with genuine (looking) media. It is the key that counts unfortunatly and keys that have been oversold (to more than one individual) and therefore over activated are being blocked, also I believe MS is probably closing rogue accounts when they identify them. What this ammounts to is that you may have been victimized by a software pirate.

Hello sgleader,
The Product Key, currently being used in your copy of Windows 7, is a Blocked key that orginated from an MSDN (Microsoft Developer Network) Subscription.
My Tool doesn't give me many details, but my assumption is that either the account, that this key is from, was broken into and it's keys stolen or the owner of the account is selling the keys (which is against the Licensing Terms for MSDN Subscriptions).
If at all possible, I recommend contacting the person or company that sold you this key/software (or who sold you the computer that had this software was installed in) and arrange to return the software (or computer) for a full refund.
