    Visit Microsoft Genuine Advantage and click on Validate Windows to validate your installed copy of Windows 7.

    I went there and clicked the link that says "Validate Windows" but I get nothing.

    Instead, I get this screen:

    Yes I installed the 64Bit. When I go  to the Validation window it goes to the validation paqge and I get a black and white screen which says,"Validation For Windows7",does that mean that I've been validated?

    Nothing to worry about at this point.  I would wait a few days while Microsoft revamps the web page for Windows 7 validation.

    Has there been any resolution of this issue?  As of 12 November I am experiencing exactly the same issue trying to validate a clean install of a W7 Home Premium 64bit upgrade using Firefox Browser and IE8 as well.  Have run the self help diagnostics and installed plug ins.  Activation went fine??

    Good Evening,

    You seem knowledgable about Winows 7.  I am having trouble with validating the date on the trial set-up screen; and this is the only way I can get some answers, since I do not have the full version.  The date is correct, what date could Windows 7 is the system referring to? I think the whole Windows 7 trial run is a hokes and not intended for anyone to try out.

    A me è capitato la stessa cosa, ho installato windows con licenza sono andata per effetture  la convalida e mi appare questa pagina

    ho letto che miscrosoft doveva aggiornare la pagina per la convalida. ACCIDENTI MA DA OTTOBRE ANCORA NON HA AVUTO IL TEMPO DI FARLO?
    Con quello che costano i suoi prodotti potrebbe anche provvedere.
