My copy of windows is not genuine?

  Basically i have had my packard bell laptop for 2 years now, i have windows 7 and one day i turned the laptop on and my background had changed and was now black and in the corner it says "Windows 7, Build 7601, this copy of windows is not geniune" i have looked at other threads and seen that one user told another with the same problem to download and run the Genuine Diagnostics tool (MGADiag.exe) i have done that but he never replied so here it is if anyone else can help me with the problem.
